Der Daimler V8 250 war eine viertürige Limousine des britischen Herstellers Daimler und wurde von Oktober 1962 bis Mitte 1969 gebaut. Bei der Karosserie des V8 250 handelt es sich um eine Variante des Jaguar Mark 2 mit einem geänderten Motor und ein paar optischen Details. Der Kühlergrill und der Kofferraumgriff bekamen die für Daimlerkarosserien typische muschelförmige Wellenform. Außerdem war der Innenraum hochwertiger ausgestattet. Der V8 Motor und die automatische Kraftübertragung stammen aus dem Sportwagen SP 250 und erreichte eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von ca. 180 km/h. Ab Herbst 1967 hieß das Modell Daimler V8 250 und erhielt, ähnlich wie der Jaguar Mark 2, schmalere Stoßstangen. Daimler war und ist die höchste Ausstattungsvariante von Jaguar. Mit einem hohen Aufpreis gesegnet und daher schon als Neuwagen sehr selten. Der V8 hat weder in Leistung noch Laufruhe Defizite, ganz im Gegenteil. Der wahre Gentleman bevorzugt immer das Beste, denn das ist gerade gut genug.

The Daimler V8 250 was a four-door sedan by the British manufacturer Daimler and was built from October 1962 to mid-1969. The body of the V8 250 is a version of the Jaguar Mark 2 with a modified engine and a few visual details. The radiator grille and the trunk handle were given the shell-shaped wavy shape typical of Daimler bodies. In addition, the interior was of higher quality. The V8 engine and the automatic power transmission come from the sports car SP 250 and reached a top speed of approx. 180 km/h. From autumn 1967 the model was called the Daimler V8 250 and, like the Jaguar Mark 2, received narrower bumpers. Daimler was and is Jaguar's highest trim level.
